I am happy with customer service and their ability to resolve a minor issue, Alex was very quick to help me, also I am pleased so far with the build and look, only a minor blemish on the paint. Despite some minor concerns of placing a 2014+ on my 2012, I found fitment and look to be very satisfying. I am buying more for my motorcycle.
I was very satisfied with my purchase of the 13.7 King touring pack. It was nicely packaged, nicely built and reasonably priced.
I was surprised at the quality for the price. Compared to the HD ones for $900 it seems just as good. And compared to the eBay knock-offs It is very nice. It's only been a few weeks, but so far, so good. We shall see. Ask me again next year.
It’s a perfect fit and mounted up to my road glide without any adjustments needed. I’ve had multiple compliments on how sturdy it is vs the advent black and the hog works
Fits to the mount great and the quality is good.
